At Allied Auto Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
